Our company is privately owned and its main office is based in Haverhill, Suffolk. This location is allowing us to over rich most of the areas within the Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Essex and Colchester.
Coming with a very consistent Healthcare background of over 20 years of experience in Private and NHS Healthcare we are led by a committed manager who's been proud to serve the counties for years in providing private healthcare at the highest level driven by personal experiences that have a stamp on the services which has been provided to private healthcare providers.

We have chosen this pathway to extend our tailored services to homecare users, people who are more increasingly in needs into their own home environment to help them feel like home to live at the comfort of their own homes while retaining their independence and dignity.
We provide care to people who have been assessed as needing assistance to meet their social and personal care needs. For some, this means regular planned home care visits, whereas for others this can mean 24 hours private or commissioned-based care, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
Over the past 24 years Marian has worked within different Healthcare Sectors and in positions ranging from Nurse, Non-commissioned Officer Senior Nurse, Junior Nurse, Clinical Advisor, and Director of Nursing Agency. Providing the best possible service to clients / service users is the highest priority for Marian and everybody else at Cristal Healthcare and Domiciliary.
As one of the co-founders Marian has been intimately involved in setting up all the required services. He was involved with Lung Cancer Research working within the Lung and Oesophageal Oncology Team at Addenbrooke's Hospital NHS and also the Papworth Multidisciplinary Team and their patients as well as the scientific research team. He used to act as a Clinical Advisor for LungHealth Uk for a good period offering a wide range of services withing the educational lung health awareness. Tatiana Coliof is an experienced and professional Care Manager with extensive experience in supporting vulnerable adults. She demonstrates a strong commitment to accountability and effective leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, responsive, and high-quality care in line with regulatory and organisational requirements. With nearly two decades of nursing experience across both the NHS and private care sectors, she promotes a person-centred approach that places privacy, dignity, choice, and independence at the forefront of service delivery.
Tatiana consistently works to the highest standards of compliance, governance, and safeguarding, ensuring that care practices align with CQC regulations and best-practice guidance. She actively champions the wellbeing of service users, fosters a positive and inclusive care culture, and develops strong, effective relationships with service users, families, staff, and external professionals to support positive outcomes.
